Doug Simon, the PR business’ reigning master of all things video, recently dropped by our offices to talk shop. His VLOG is an interesting source of ideas and discourse on subjects that matter to both clients and agencies.

While here he interviewed me on the subject of creativity – because I blogged about one of his interviews on the subject and took issue with a systemic habit in the PR business: NOT making the effort to base creative concepts on a foundation of consumer insight.
